Please note: While these guidelines are intended to create balanced and competitive divisions, tournament organizers are unable to verify or police team compositions. Final responsibility for appropriate division placement rests with individual teams, coaches, and schools. Tournament organizers also reserve the right to reassign teams between divisions when required to balance numbers, scheduling, or competitive integrity.

Registration & Acceptance Policy
Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A team is not considered officially accepted until the completed entry form has been submitted electronically and the entry fee has been paid in full.
Any team that has been accepted into the tournament and withdraws after 4:00 PM on Friday, March 20 will forfeit its entry fee.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
STU Volleyball enforces a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or misconduct by athletes, coaches, team staff, or spectators toward officials, event staff, volunteers, or participants, including verbal abuse or unsportsmanlike conduct. Violations may result in removal from the match or tournament, with no refund issued.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event that the STU Cup is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including but not limited to facility closures, weather-related issues, or force majeure), a $60 administrative fee per team will be retained to cover non-refundable event costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Once the tournament has officially begun, defined as the first serve on Friday, no reimbursements or credits will be issued, for any reason, including but not limited to; team withdrawal, no-shows, or schedule changes.
